Can I call for a lawsuit against greedy We Finance?
I bought a used car at so called 'We Finance' in the beginning of this year, and I never missed or been late for a payment. I have retained all the record of payment including delivery record. It's almost paid off by now, and they are really pissing me off by trying to charge me "LATE FEE". They didn't check my credit or didn't do anything like that because they were like street merchants. I'm really sure that they are going to try withdrawing a lot more money than I am supposed to pay at the last month. So, I want to show them I am not such a sucker and call for a lawsuit against them if they try to commit some illegal conspiration. Any advise to scare them real good?

- You can't really "call' for a lawsuit. You have to sue them. But before you can sue anyone he/she must have done something illegal. You can't sue someone just to "scare" them.
- Have your lawyer call 'em. And anyone can file a lawsuit for just about any reason.
