How would I file a lawsuit against someone that has not paid his debt for over 5000 dollars in the state of AZ
I financed a car for him and he never made the payments. I now have the car but he stills owes me over 5,000 dollars. could someone please tell me how I would go about filing a lawsuit. And is there a on line form that is available to the public?

- Since the claim is greater than $2,500 you wouldn't be able to go to the small claims court; you'd need to go to the regular court. Make sure you have proof (signed contract), and that the signer is an adult, otherwise you might not win.
