Has anyone ever had to obtain a lawsuit loan? If so, would you reccomend it and what company did you use?

- This ? needs more info. Are you suing or are you a victim of a lawsuit? Normaly, when you initiate a lawsuit, your attorney of choice will look at it and determine if it has merits to proceed. If he decides that it has potential, he will let you know. You don't need any money up front, as he will take a1/3 of the total amount recovered if it is successful. You won't owe anything if it fails. If you are being sewed, that's another matter. You don't say what you're being sewed for and for what amount. It could be a matter of small claims court or something more serious. Filing for bank- ruptcy could be another option open to you. Like I said, I don't know what it is you're asking. Good luck to you. P.S. I noticed that Heather James has answered you're question as well and provided a link, http://pinchurt.com/3pd. Be carefull. This maybe a scam. I noticed on her profile that she has been an ANSWERS member as of today, 6/17/08!! She says she makes $1500.00 a month with this program but doesn't say what it is she does! She may have joined Yahoo Answers to promote this program and targets people like you and me facing finacial hardships. Maybe she gets paid to do this?!?. Check it out. I don't know. Sounds too good to be true.
